I scream your name, i dont know why i care, oh i'm still here.

It's been a three day weekend which is nice before exams but of course I have yet to study.  I have been using a fool proof method of procrastination all year so might as well stick to it.  So sometime tonight I need to google this writing and how two characters from books we read this year are similar and different.  Tomorrow is just my english exam so it should be really easy as long as I put a little thought into it.  I'm really excited to be done with english I haven't enjoyed it all this year.  I think next year english will be a lot better though. But at least it is the latest of the exams tomorrow which means sleeping in, I don't think it starts till eleven or somewhere around there. Then after I finish blogging I'm going to fill out the Urbana application, I'm thinking that I could end up going there, but who knows yet, this summer will be filled with hard work and decisions. But a lot less concerts :( but we'll definitely have to make up for that... and maybe not as many adventures to cross off but there's still many we can still do.  So yesterday I went to michigan and hung out with Amanda, I definitely miss her a lot more than I realize, hanging out with your best friend is just different then other friends, I don't know it just is, lol. My mom and grandma took me clothes shopping at old navy then I got two books since I finished the one I'm reading.  The Last Song was really hard to finish it was super sad I couldn't read the ending all at one I had to do it in chunks, but anyways now I am reading a book my grandma actually picked out.  It's actually a series about vampires which I wasn't so sure about because I love Twilight but this book is pretty dang good I might even start reading the others in the series, its called the Morganville Vampires series by the way. I've read like half the book so far today, haha. 

I want to try and do this with my hair, before I get it cut, I really want it cut.

Went back to the orthopedic's today and found out about my knee.  I tore both my mcl and my acl, completely in half.  So now we wait for the mcl to heal should be about 5 more weeks then I will have surgery on my acl in which they reconstruct it using part of my hamstring.  After surgery it takes about 6 months to completely recover so that takes me to the end of this year december or january I'm not really sure, all I know is this is going to suck but not much I can do.  The only thing is I am really screwed over for playing college lacrosse because now none of the coaches can see me play so if I play anywhere they will have to offer me a spot without seeing me actually play.  Gosh all this wrecked by one stupid practice, one silly scrimmage, oh well things could always be worse I suppose.  On the bright side tomorrow is senior step up day! I am officially a senior, and I'm so excited about that.  Tomorrow is also the last day I have to play that clarinet, definitely super super excited about that so there are things to be happy about, what doesn't kill you is said to make you stronger, guess this is just a test of my strength and determination, and I am determined to come back stronger than ever.

Summer of '98- The Secret Handshake 

I'm livin' life right now, and that's what I'm a do, till it's over, it's over, and it's far from over.

Last night was the lacrosse banquet, it was alright just like all the other banquets lol.  But we got a cd with a bunch of the music we listened to this season and thats what I'm currently listening to btw. So today school was school.  We had a fire drill in which I was on the second floor, haha.  Thank goodness for 2 things one it was a drill and two I can go down the stairs one at a time otherwise Mr.Thompson would've had to carry me lol. Then in english we had our parent tea, my mom and Kiira came to look at my books which were definitely scrapbook projects because the more artistically inclined got extra credit, I most definitely didn't get any but I got 100% so I'm not going to complain.  Anyways we got deserts and one girl made this amazing strawberry jello with pretzels it was pretty freaking amazing.  Oh and while I'm still talking about school I am officially done with math until college, because thanks to my 100% (yepp I was so excited) on our last quiz I got a double A and am opting out, and I've had 4 years of math and since I'm in teaching profession I'm not taking math next year :) I love math but I'm so going to enjoy a break from math for a year.  Right now I should be finishing reading Gatsby because then I have to fill out my early app for Urbana and write the essay for it, in which the new issue of seventeen is being held hostage by my mother until both those things are finished, and to make matters worse I saw like three girls with the magazine today, it's taunting me grrr. I guess I'll wrap this up and get on that.

I want to go to New York really bad.

So lacrosse has ended we won the first game in playoffs but lost the second to one of the best teams in Ohio.  Anyways now I have more time on my hands, and now even more then I wanted.  I hurt my knee in lacrosse practice and I'm not sure of the exact extent of the injury so I'm going to wait until wednesday when I will know for sure.  Let's just say its changing my summer plans up a little bit. But now I get to go to the lock-in at the church, I'm excited to see the youth group again it's been a while.  This weekend I don't have any plans just relaxing, and reading The Great Gatsby, what joy.  It will actually be kind of nice it has been a long week filled with surprises and next week is going to be very similar.  I so cannot wait for summer, only 5 days and 3 days of exams :)  wow I can't believe I'm almost a senior, they weren't lying when they said it goes by fast.

Finally it's the weekend!!! This week was very uneventful that's why I haven't posted. Today after practice I went to bdubs with like half the team and it was a pretty good time, I'm glad Ashley made me go.  So I have like no homework this weekend which is nice except I do have to make my entire family book for english at least it doesn't require any major thinking. But tomorrow I have a college visit at Urbana so thats going to take up most of my day, but I'm kind of excited the idea of college is exciting me and I still have a whole year of high school left. Hopefully it will be really fun and go by as fast as this year did.  I cannot believe in just 13 more days (3 of which being exams) it will officially be summer!!!!! And we are like wrapping up everything in classes so these next few weeks are going to be easy :)  Oh so here's a story some boys in my chemistry class thought they could die goldfish by putting food coloring in water, so the next day they brought feeder fish and food coloring and put them in beakers for the day. Yeah not the brightest, but I'm happy to report only one died which they fed to Mrs. Ray's abnormally huge goldfish.

This just made me really hungry and I'm not even a huge fan of sprinkles.

He is going to be the hottest politician there ever was, I'd so vote for him.

This weekend was amazing, and I can't fall asleep I'm not even close to being tired.  Looks like it will be one sucky monday at least I have a game and treat bag to look forward to.  But not looking forward to the french quiz I have yet to study for or all the homework I'm going to have.  So let's see saturday I watched 10 Things I Hate About You the movie which I absolutely loved and they made the series based off of it freakishly similar. Then I went to the AP tour concert which was the last show of the tour.  So they played a bunch of pranks it was funny most of them were on The Summer Set, they put powder all over the drums put liquor in their water bottles, talked in the speakers while they were playing, and took the seats from their van and put them on stage, it was hilarious.  I am pretty much in love with the Summer Set.  Then Every Avenue played, and he made lots of dirty jokes and drinking jokes, apparently some parents got mad and wanted refunds, there were lots of helicopter parents at the concert lol.  Next was The Cab and they were pretty good, for some reason I thought the lead singer happened to look a lot like Robert Pattinson, don't ask why he just did I think it was his knit hat.  Then Hey Monday played, they are simply amazing end of story there is no other way to put it.  I'd say me and Amanda rocked out hardest during their set, it was fun. Then being the last night of tour there was a special guest, The Maine well just the singer and guitarist who did an acoustic set which was great.  Finally was Nevershoutnever and I'd have to say he was my least favorite even though he was the headliner, I like his music but I just like the other type of bands more, he doesn't fit with them all that well. Anyways if you haven't figured it out already it was the most fun I've had in a while.

Today was Mother's Day we went and ate brunch at a golf course with my grandparents who came down to visit.  It was delicious by the way. So now my grandma is staying the night, and then they are going to my lacrosse game tomorrow. But other than that I didn't do much today except stalk people's prom pictures. Which yeah it looked a lot of fun but I think the concert was more fun, and there's always senior prom, which not going this year I think one saved me a lot of money and two will make next year's a lot more memorable.  besides this year there wasn't anyone I really wanted to go with, well I thought maybe some people, but I think if I went  with anyone I've liked this year it would've been awkward, I think I need someone who's a lot different from them.  And I am very glad I realized this without having to experience any of that. I feel like I'm talking half in code and half in an extremely obvious sort of way, so I think I should just shut up and try to sleep. But I am so not tired since I got home at two and slept till almost noon, haha.

It's friday but stuck inside doing nothing but sitting on the computer.  Lacrosse game was canceled because of the bad weather that was coming, which is just now arriving.  Possible tornadoes, gusts of wind 70 mph, and tennis ball size hail sounds amazing, lol. So I think I am just going to work on finishing Amanda's birthday present tonight since I get to see her tomorrow and finally go to a concert!! I miss concerts so much they are amazing. Yes I can hear the thunder! ha I love thunder storms. And we had chinese for dinner it was sooo good. So I guess today was an alright today, but tomorrow is for sure going to be epic.

School today, was school I don't know it was pretty much the same old same. My chemistry test was pretty hard but thats about it. Then I had lacrosse practice but it started lightning and we piled into cars, we had about six of us in Ashley's small car and we rocked out to LMFAO and 3OH!3.  Then we ended up just calling practice off.  Then I went home did nothing then went to team dinner.  We had pasta it was so good, and it was a lot of fun. I watched Shannon and Lili play COD which I didn't even bother trying to play that game looks hard lol. Some people obviously have way too much time on their hands to become beast at that game. haha. I pretty much just suck at all video games besides guitar hero though.  So the rest of tonight is going to be spent with TKAM since I didn't read last night I've got a good six chapters to read joy. Wow hello hail and stormy weather, you make me want to go watch a scary movie using the Wii and netflix that sounds a lot better than reading for English.

One more year, and I'll be heading out on my own, leaving friends and the place that I call home

Went and saw Lake Erie College today and I loved it, can't say I for sure want to go there since it is the first college visit but I definitely liked it there.  And I met the lacrosse coach there and some of the girls and they seemed really nice. The college is only about a half hour from Cleveland which is nice and it's not super big, which I like.  There was a lot I liked about it but I still have quite a few more colleges to look at. And just like I predicted I took all my homework but didn't do any of it so I should definitely get on that.

Chocolate in general looks really good, I want the chocolate bar they gave me but no I have to wait to show it to my dad grrr.
