maybe i need to listen more carefully.

Only seven more school days until Christmas break :)  I seriously can't wait because life has just been iffy recently.  It's not great, not bad, just alright, I could use some great though.  This past weekend was pretty good, I went to Lee's show.  His one band I really liked but the other, well I guess they aren't a band I'd normally listen to, it was nice seeing him though.  Then I helped out at the winter festival Amanda put on for little kids.  We attempted making balloon animals, it was pretty funny.  Then this week I've just had school and working out.  I sprinted for the first time in ages, and my knee didn't bother me.  I was extremely excited.  Last night I went with Stiina, Kiira, and my mom to the library.  I got two books Paper Towns and 101 Thing to do Before You're Old and Boring.  I want to start going to the library more often, that will be a New Year's resolution.  Another resolution needs to be to stay on top of my school work more.  I'm getting good grades but I feel like it's been a chaotic mess all over the place.  So I really need to break this procrastination problem before college. Ahhh just mentioning college makes me excited, and break and the gathering and seeing a certain someone, and  going to concerts again, playing lacrosse again, so much to be excited for just got to slide by another week and a half. oh and the fourth graders, I'm starting to like them more than the first graders.  The first graders were cute but being able to have more of a conversation with the kids creates stronger bonds.  I like the older kids better because I feel like you can impact their lives more.  I played mastermind with a few kids during indoor recess and one little boy colored me a reindeer picture.  I also helped them in making their inventions and I loved it, Science will definitely be an exciting class to teach I cannot wait.  Then there's one girl who wants to be a teacher when she's older and talks with me everyday, I love being a figure they look up to!!  Gosh I guess there was a lot this week, I also watched Ramona and Beezus which I didn't really like the story line was kind of boring.  I also saw Grown Ups and didn't like it either the entire movie was just them cutting each other down every two seconds.  The best movie I watched was the Barbie Twelve Dancing Princesses with Kiira that was actually cute. And tomorrow I get to ring one of those Salvation Army bells for NHS, and I got a Paper Jamz guitar today, I won it in some contest on the internet, I haven't used it yet though I probably will when I'm done with this.

Thanksgiving break!!!  Five days without school sounds great, except for the fact that I have work to do.  I have to write my Perrysburg Tales and make my children's book, and do my AP Bio lab questions.  Hopefully it doesn't consume all of my break.  But today was a pretty pointless day, we didn't do much.  English we finished the sonnets which I didn't even pay attention, I studied for my Bio test.  The test was super easy and we got to use our flow charts which gave half the answers and some questions gave the answer to others, it was the easiest science test I've ever taken, lol.  Then Sociology we researched for our debate, we are debating over the legalization of marijuana against people who lets just say they are quite familiar with it, I still think we will win though, but it's a ways off yet.  Then math we did nothing because we already finished the packet that was due.  And in teaching we watched Freedom Writers which is definitely one of my all time favorite movies.  After watching that movie how can you not want to be a teacher, lol.  :)

Day 22: Sport

I play lacrosse, I've been playing since eighth grade.  I used to play basketball I played it forever but it just wasn't fun anymore so I quit.  I had also played softball, and tennis but I didn't like either of those.  So now I just play lacrosse and I love it and am playing in college at Seton Hill University :)  I play attack, which is offense, but I played defense at one point and played in the midfield because I play good pressure defense, but I am not a fan of all the running midfield entails so attack is definitely my favorite.

Day 21: Favorite Subject

My favorite subject would probably have to be science.  I am pretty good at math but I don't enjoy it too much. Social studies I've never really liked I've always found it boring, history just doesn't interest me I guess I like the future more.  Then english it just isn't my strongest subject, I love to read but me and english class just don't really get along.  I am not the best writer, things make sense in my head it just doesn't sound as smart on paper, haha, but I'm working on it.  So that is why I am going to be a science teacher, I think it would be lots of fun.

did I mention my class will have a pet lizard or gecko :)

Day 20: Glasses

I don't wear glasses but I probably should.  I mean I can read and see and stuff just sometimes I find myself squinting and I don't even realize it. I had my eyes checked a few years ago and they said I should probably get glasses but I didn't lol.  So I really should go back and get them checked again, haha.  I'd get contacts though if I had to wear them often.

Day 19: Crush

I mean I guess you can call it a crush, I don't really like that word I think it's weird lol, but his initials are LM. and he already knows I like him ;)

Day 18: Soda vs. Milk

Well I don't drink pop in the first place.  I stopped drinking it last year or the year before I don't really remember.  But I drink milk all the time, I love it.  Especially chocolate milk :)  And ice cream in milk is very good too, if you've never tried it you must.

Day 17: Uggs

I think paying money for real uggs is ridiculous.  The boots I wear are really similar though but by a different brand.  I like them, but they aren't very original.  I would get different boots but they are warm.

Day 16: Disney Princess

Out of all the disney princess movies I'd say Cinderella. But when I was little I think it was Sleeping Beauty.  I also really like Ariel.
